Mosaic Serving Tray in Baby Blocks

Many traditional quilt patterns translate well to other mediums, knitting, clothing, rug hooking.  Why not stained glass?  I've always been fond of the pattern known to quilters as 'Baby Blocks'.  It's the illusion of three dimensions on a two dimensional plane that catch the eye.   In the case of this mosaic serving tray, the jewel coloured stained glass pieces, combined with jet-black grout really make the pattern pop.
